This is a solid cherry wood table with beautiful dental work on the edges and escheons on four corners. It has metal gears inside to assist with sliding open to take in or out the leaf. It measures 78 in by 53.5 in with the 24" leaf inserted and measures 54" x 53.5" without leaf. It has fine scratches from use on the top and has a beautiful inlay pattern on the top as shown in the pictures. It is solid wood and heavy with four rolled legs on a pedestal. The five matching chairs that need to be reupholstered as my children had wore these out over the years. I can only post 10 pictures and will send additional if requested. This is a fine piece of furniture that just needs tender loving care. *Perfect for restoration project*
