Do you love taking care of people? Would you describe yourself as a social butterfly? Do you have an interest in dentistry? If the answer is yes to ALL of the above, we want to hear from you!
Our dental practice is growing immensely and we are in need of a few new superstars to join our existing administrative office team, as well as our dental assisting team.
Both positions are full time with excellent benefits including health insurance and PTO, and the opportunity to form lifelong relationships in the community of Purcellville Virginia. We aren’t looking for just anyone; we are looking for the perfect fit(s) for our practice!
For our administrative team, in the past we have found that having some dental experience is a huge plus and greatly reduces the learning curve. However, we are willing to train the right person. We prefer all dental assisting candidates have at least completed a dental assisting course, with chair side experience being a big plus.
In order to be successful at our office, the non-negotiable qualities you must have are:
Dependability – We are an extremely busy practice and see on average over 50 patients a day! The patients and the team are counting on you to have excellent attendance, which includes arriving on time and being prepared for the workday. We all have lives outside of the office, but commitment to the team and the patients is a must.
Positive Attitude – We spend most of our time at work, and therefore we look at our coworkers as our second family. To maintain our fun loving atmosphere, a positive attitude is a MUST for all employees joining our team! Our office does not tolerate subgrouping, gossiping, or negativity, and you must be upbeat with the ability to establish and engage in professional relationships with patients and staff.
Proactive Work Ethic – We do have days when the doctors are out attending courses or meetings, or when patients unexpectedly cancel. We expect each individual employee to be proactive during these times and make the most of the “downtime” by working on long term projects, helping a coworker, maintaining the office, etc. A go-getter work ethic is a must have!
Professional Appearance and Demeanor - We all represent our amazing practice, and we want you to look and act the part!
If all of this sounds like you, please send us our resume so we can look it over and see if we think you might be a fit. If we think you might be a potential candidate, our office will be in touch for a phone conversation followed by an in-person interview.
