Job Summary
Property maintenance company looking for experienced property maintenance/handyman for apartment renovations and handyman labor.
We're looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team for a handyman/property maintenance role. A positive attitude and a proactive, "can-do" approach would be a great fit, as we're always looking for someone who is eager to learn, take direction, and give their best effort in every task. If you're someone who enjoys rolling up your sleeves and tackling challenges head-on, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting etc.)
- Renovating Apartments requiring a multitude of skills
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards
- Respond to tenant service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain landscaping, common areas, and building exteriors
- Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal and lawn care
- Keep accurate maintenance records and follow company protocols
- Ability to drive a truck and pull a trailer
Qualifications:
- Resume Required
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic repairs and handyman skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift, climb, and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pull a large trailer with a truck
- Construction/Artisan Certifications preferred
- Spanish Preferred. Will pay extra for Spanish Speakers.
