We are hiring an Automotive Customer Service Representative! They will report to our Heavy Duty/Repair Shop manager to fulfill customer needs and manage general administrative tasks. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic.
-Answer incoming phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
-Become a "go-to" for all customer service related issues
-Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
-Ensuring that each customer is informed of the vehicle's details, maintenance requirements, and features, particularly those related to safety.
-Efficiently and effectively filing paperwork
-Other Duties as Assigned
