Security Supervisor (12-Hour Shifts) – Da Center Construction Site

These positions are loced in Ashburn, VA. 

This is a temporary assignment with an expected durion of 3–6 months.

Pay: $40.00-$50.00/ hour

Available Shifts:

• Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional Security Supervisor to provide on-site security a construction site. This role is critical in safeguarding valuable equipment and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect sensitive equipment
• Control access and ensure only authorized personnel
• Identify and report suspicious activity

Requirements

• 1 year security experience 
• 1 year supervisor experience preferred 
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong tention to detail and situional awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

• Must have excellent Customer Service skills
• Security positions require you pass our drug screen and background check
• Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable ste, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Supervisors

Job Requirements of the Security Supervisor include but are not limited to:

• Observes and reports activities and incidents an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time, which may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain
• Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds
