I am having trouble finding a roommate in this area so far, but I'm trying again. I am looking for a room (front Royal) for myself & my 2 neutered clean cats. We're unfortunately staying in my car until I find something, and someone that will wait until I get paid at the end of the month. I can sign something regarding that if need be. I don't want anyone replying that wants more than just a roommate that's 💯 platonic. There will be nothing extra, just regular monthly payments for rent.
